Staff Picks - Week 6

Last week was...well...not pretty.

Week 5 kicked off with a draw between Toronto FC and Sporting Kansas City, in which our entire team felt there would have been a clear victor. From then on, things never seemed to improve. Dustyn once again finished the week with the highest score, 6-4, but the average among our group without this outlier hovers around 2-8.

But this week, we’re going to hit big! I can feel it!

Some intriguing matchups are ahead of us, Real Salt Lake and Vancouver Whitecaps especially, as the match has us split. In Kansas City, however, we stand nearly in unison that the club will turn it around this weekend after starting the season with three scoreless draws and only two goals scored the entire year thus far (currently tied for worst in the league with D.C. United). Speaking of, our team has little confidence D.C. United will be able to redeem themselves after losing embarrassingly to NYC already this year. Finally, in some weird, longing desire for things to go back to the way things were, it shocks me, personally, that nearly half of our team believes LA Galaxy will not win in Carson against an Eastern Conference foe. Oh how the mighty have potentially fallen.

Here are the rest of our picks:
