Back in July we discussed the allocation process in MLS. With a new season approaching, we've already seen it used multiple times. Chicago signed Juninho, Atlanta acquired Brad Guzan, and today Vancouver signed Fredy Montero. So, who's next?
Houston currently sit at the top of the allocation order, followed by Columbus, San Jose, Minnesota, and Orlando. Other teams would almost surely have to trade to one of these top spots to get a player. So, what can Houston get at the top? A trade is always likely but if they were to take a player, these are the guys who would be available.
