The New England Revolution sign Cody Cropper through their discovery rights claim. The Atlanta and Minnesota native has spent the last half decade playing in England for Championship club MK Dons, and with Premier League’s Southampton prior to that.
Cody Cropper has also played for the United States Men's National Youth Teams in both the U-20 and U-23 brackets. He was a part of the team that placed third in the Toulon tournament in 2015. He was also selected to play for the Olympic qualifying team that failed to advance. Cropper has yet to be called up to the senior team.
Cropper has made nine club appearances at the professional level, all with MK Dons. The club at the end of the 2015 season chose to not renew Cropper’s contract, and he has been without club until now.
